If you received an overdue notice but have a credit card on file with us, that means that there is something preventing us from charging your credit card. Either the card has expired or your bank has repeatedly declined the charge. You canverify that we have the correct card on file by logging into your account in the Verve Hosting Client Area at https://cms.vervehosting.com/clientarea.php. After you login select “My Details” from the menu on the left side of the screen, then select “Change Credit Card” from the menu near the top of the page.
If the card needs updating, enter the new details. Don’t enter any spaces or dashes in between the credit card numbers.
